School Systems
Facility managers for school systems are responsible to maintain all of the constructed facilities within their district, including buildings, drainage, utilities and pavements. At ETC, we provide our services to assist districts in properly managing and maintaining their extensive facilities.
In particular, we have provided assistance with the evaluation of asphalt paving, including parking lots, drives, playgrounds, bus storage areas and other improvements, such as sidewalks, curbs and drainage systems.
Our services have also included mapping existing improvements, inspection and inventory of all existing facilities, evaluation of current condition, prioritizing required improvements, cost estimates, development of construction specifications and plans, construction survey layout, and engineering during construction and inspection.
