Saline Estates
Saline Estates exemplifies a typical residential project on 160 acres producing 138 rural estate lots near Ann Arbor, Michigan. The site was rolling hills with a large wooded area and wetlands on the perimeter. All improvements were designed to meet the requirements of the Washtenaw County, Pittsfield Township and State of Michigan review agencies, producing beautiful lots in attractive neighborhood settings. In cooperation with the developers, the natural features were protected and incorporated into the design to enhance the living environment for the future residents.
